As Eriksen’s financial wiz, Marta oversees the company’s accounting functions, payroll and benefits administration, and accounts payable and receivable.

Originally from Poland, Marta grew up learning English along with her native Polish. After moving to the U.S. and earning her bachelor’s degree in finance, she spent 10 years working for the accounting department of a language services provider. She learned the ins and outs of the position before bringing her expertise to Eriksen in 2018.

When she’s not in the office, Marta devotes her time to her family and enjoys swimming and working in the garden, growing flowers, vegetables, and herbs (basil – her favorite!).
