Since coming on board in April 2023, the Eriksen team has partnered closely with the client’s compliance team to provide comprehensive translation and subtitling services in up to 18 languages. Our work supports the creation of key internal materials—including their code of conduct, employee training modules, and company newsletter—and collaboration begins at the very start of each project. When the MedTech organization develops courses with its vendors, we work side-by-side with those vendors to set timelines and seamlessly integrate language solutions into the content development process.
Optimizing Language Resources
A key aspect of our partnership has been our ability to integrate and build upon the client’s existing language assets. By incorporating Translation Memories (TMs), pre-approved “do not translate” lists, and detailed guidelines—including specific font replacements required for different languages—we ensure that all assets are maintained and utilized across localized materials. Recently, we completed a comprehensive glossary refresh, which combined legacy terminology with newly approved terms, further enhancing the quality and accuracy of future translations.

To remain accountable and improve long-term collaboration, we provide quarterly reports, ensuring that our client stays informed about project progress and quality metrics. Robust reviews are incorporated into the processes—including subject-matter expert evaluations and third-party reviews.
